I was recommended to Chris at HD School of Motoring because she understood about learning to drive. From the start she wanted to know how I learnt. She found ways to make learning fun but most of all how to learn and remember. I passed my theory first time. Even now as a driver, it is thanks to Chris that I still use my theory knowledge on the road. I need to drive for my job and travel throughout the UK. I was deflated and felt useless. From the moment I met Chris, she taught me how to learn in a style to suit me, where I can learn and remember. Before I had lessons, I tried more than 19 times to pass my theory, but I just couldn’t get it. Although my first test with Chris I failed, it was because I still took my feeling of negativity with me. Chris taught me more than just the questions, but how to grow with confidence. I’ve been having weekly online tutoring video calls with Chris in preparation for my theory driving test, I find this kind of test difficult, and Chris has really helped me break it down into smaller pieces and explain it in a way which makes sense to me.
